James L. Walker (1845-1904) was an American egoist anarchist. He developed a theory of egoism independent of Max Stirner, which he elaborated in The Philosophy of Egoism (1905). Walker, who often wrote under the name "Tak Kak," was a contributor to Liberty, Egoism, and other libertarian periodicals.
